               Audience effects theory



1) Write a definition of a passive audience: 

A passive audience The idea that the consumers absorb information from the media and that it will have the same impact and effect on everyone.

2) Write a definition of an active audience: 

An active audience is more modernised view that the audience make their own conscious choices involving the media they consume. 


3) Write a definition of the hypodermic needle theory: 

The hypodermic needle theory is the idea that the consumers mind is always passive taking the directors ideas and messages like it was injected into their mind
